Exhibits › American Zen › Enigmas
Enigmas are things that are mysterious, puzzling, or difficult to comprehend.
That describes most abstract art. No one really understands why certain combinations of shapes, colors, and patterns delight and intrigue us. While other compositions are disquieting and incongruous to the mind’s eye. These collages were created in response to our incomprehensible and amazing world.
